There are 4 things everyone should learn about hypnosis:

1) All hypnosis is not the same

As with anything, there is good, bad and indifferent hypnosis. At Hypnosis, all our hypnosis is cutting-edge, ‘indirect’ hypnosis. There’s no “You are feeling more and more sleepy”, no ‘subliminals’ and no “You are 100% confident because the power of the universe is flowing through you”. Instead, our approaches are all based on proven psychological priniciples to give you what you need, quickly and comfortably.

How do I know if I can be hypnotized?

Have you ever heard the idea that some people can’t be hypnotized? Well that came about because old-fashioned hypnotists would order people around, (you know the sort of thing: “Your eyes are heavy, you are getting sleepy”). Most people don’t enjoy that, so they wouldn’t go into hypnosis – it’s as simple as that.

When you experience the wonderful sensation of being gently directed how to use your mind to create an incredible state of internal calm, you will learn just what hypnosis is, and why you can do it.

2) Hypnosis is a powerful, effective and 100% natural part of you

The ability to go into hypnosis is as much a part of being a human being as speech.

If you couldn’t go into hypnosis, you wouldn’t be able to learn, to sleep, or to get yourself nervous by doing ‘negative self hypnosis’. (You know when you imagine things going wrong and it makes you feel anxious? Well that’s hypnosis!)

Over the last century thousands of pieces of research have been carried out by highly trained professionals into clinical hypnosis, the most powerful tool we posess for improved performance and change.

At last, hypnosis is moving out of the realm of wizards, magicians and magic and into the clear light of modern science – exactly where it belongs.

3) In hypnosis, you are in control

Crazy news stories, stage hypnotists and gossip has led many people to believe that when you are in hypnosis, you are under someone else’s control. Nothing could be further from the truth. When you are hypnotized, you are just really relaxed and focused – in fact, the most common comment is “Was I hypnotized?”. The only reason people stay in hypnosis is because it feels fantastic. Any time they want to, they can get up and walk away.

4) Going into hypnosis isn’t the same as being asleep

People often say things like “I could hear every word you were saying”, or “I felt like I could open my eyes if I wanted to”. It is vital to learn that hypnosis isn’t like being asleep – you can be aware of everything around you, just like when you meditate (in fact the two states are nearly identical). In hypnosis, you simply have a stronger focus internally, plus wonderful deep relaxation.

In relationships, like in most things, we are not easily, if at all able to change the other person, or the way things are, from their point of view. However, and very importantly, we are able to change ourselves, and the way we think, and respond to external issues, and our thoughts.

OK, that was a mouth full. Let’s break it down a little bit.

Relationships can be complex, and the way that a situation may be interpreted will be based on each person’s experiences of life, and their upbringing. Hence, if a situation is being discussed, each person will bring into the conversation, their past life views affecting the particular subject.

Now, if a relationship has progressed to a point where it is in trouble, it is usually as a result of a breakdown in both tolerance, as well as communication. This is not a judgement, but rather, a very general overview on a common set of circumstances that can occur.

However, it is always worth noting that everything is able to be better dealt with when we are following a more structured plan, in the way in which we perceive the world and events around us. You will no doubt notice that I am being quite specific in indicating that we have to accept responsibility for everything that happens to us. As long as we find reasons and excuses to blame others, we will always be behind the eight ball, and never in control of our lives.

I realise this may all seem quite confronting at first, but I say this, as it is the first step to getting over many of your problems. I have often referred to this method of thinking as “above the line.”

It means that we are being responsible, and accept that everything that hap[pens to us in life is the result of our actions, or more specifically sometimes, our reactions.

Once we accept this, we can better position ourselves to start dealing constructively with this, or any other problem.

I know it can be very confronting, but it is really important to consider these issues, and recognise them for what they are. We are responsible for just about everything that happens to us.

The good news with this is that we can also be responsible for implementing a positive and workable solution too!

In an Ideal Relationship, you will probably ne aware of the idea that you’re

Willing to work at it….

All couples experience problems in one form or another – it’s part of sharing your life with another human being.

The difference between relationships which work, and relationships which don’t, is how well couples deal with the challenges and problems they face in their life together.

The first step towards creating a happy, healthy relationship is your own willingness to work at it.

Most couples leave it until their relationship has already started to fall apart before they consider doing anything about the difficulties they have.

The best time to learn relationships skills is at the start of the relationship. That way you can spend the rest of your relationship putting into practice what you’ve learnt – which means you’ll probably avoid major relationship difficulties further down the track.

However, what if you have had a problem in your relatiionship, and things are looking alittle shaky, or for that matter, what if the wheels have fallen off?

This is not meant to be funny.

I realise the intense pain a situation like this can cause for you, and anyone else in this situation.

The Resolution

I feel very genuinely that if things have taken a turn for the worse, there are ways to turn things around, possibly.

There can never be agurantee, but certainly, knowing a few techniques here can be very helpful.

This is not about acting, but being serious, in termsd of looking at our selves, and our actions that have casued this problem to occur, and mostly, looking at ways we can deal with this in the future, from now.

We need to look at ourselves, and genuinely appologise, if we are at fault.

Even iof we are not fully at fault, an appology can not go wrong.

Giving with grace is a major foot in the door bt disolving a wedge in our relationships.

Take time out, and genuinely reflect on yourself too.

You may eed a break.

It can always help to move you into a  space where you knwo what happened, and can act to move forward.

I have also come accross a manual that is well written, in simple terms, but with dynamite advice on dealing with a breakup, and ways you may possibly get back together.

There are never any guarantees, but one must be prepared to work at it, and for that matter, on ourselves as well.

I have a further relationship resource page here too.

Resolving Relationship Problems

All relationships can experience difficulties from time to time, and being able to recognise this issue, and deal with it, can mean the difference between success and failure in our relationships.

Differences are part of relationships

People often get very emotional and angry when they see their partner has different values, beliefs or expectations to them. We all need to understand and accept that between any two people there will be differences in ideas and expectations and, at times, conflict and strong expression of feelings.

Our relationships actually become stronger if we talk about these differences. We need to find out that differences are always going to be part of the relationship and that issues might have a solution if they are discussed more.

All couples experience problems in one form or another – it’s part of sharing your life with another human being. The difference between relationships that work and those that don’t is how well couples deal with the challenges and problems they face in their life together.

This point is important to not, but equally, when you are potentially in a situation when you feel that the problems have gone too far, you may be thinking about other opportunities to resolve the problem.

This could mean that you have received one of those ‘Dear John’ Letters, telling you it is all over.

This can be very problamatic, and cause great distress on your part.

There are ways to better deal with this situation, and one of the is the Magic of Making Up eBook.

I tell all the people I discuss this issue with, that the main issue in enhancimng your over all success, and copeing of the situation, is your ability to react well.

I understand that a problem like this will keep your mind off just about everything else- it is natural.

However, sinking into depression doesn’t really help either, or feeling sorry for your self.

When we take control of the situation, and dare I say, responsibility, we cab=n change our mindset to take a much more serious approach to resolving the issue.

Do you want to get back with your ex?

Do you want to move on, but be better for the experience?

Am I willing to work on myself?

These questions are important to ask, as they will form the basisi of the way you move on from here.

You can live again, and very well.

If you made mistakes in the past, accept it, and improve yourself, either for your ex, or better, yourself.

Feeling better within yourself, about yourself is the first step to greater success in achieving better relationships in the future.

The End Of a Relationship

When a relationship ends, the emotional aftershock can be hard to deal with.

This is a normal feeling, and you may well have been feeling like this for a few days, if not even a few weeks, prior to finding this site.

The good news is that whilst the relationship may take time to heal, if you wish it to, and you may feel lost for some time, there are ways to help you cope better with the current situation.

It can be particularly hard if your relationship ended with out you expecting it, or wanting it.

However, there are programs you can take, in the comfiort of your home, where you can learn to cope and deal better with the situation.

One such program is available from Hypnosis Downloads, in their relationship section.

These audios have been found to be very effective indeed, and will help your system to cope better.

This is not an instant fix immediately solution, but certainly one to consider.

I say this, as you’ll become much more attractive to your ex, or others for that matter, when you are feeling better about yourself.

Feeling like a wreck hardly makes you the most attractive person to others.

Please note this is said to help, and not to gloat.

Many of us, myslef included, have suffered from a relationship breakdown, and I ca assure you I understandf the feelings of helplessness, and loss.

However, one of the benefits is that you have access to a relationship program that has been proven to be very successful.

Naturally, all the products and programs I recommend come with a ful,l mopney back guarantee, so I am able to recommend this program with a clear knowledge that you will be satisfied.

I again, want to assure you that relationship breakdown can be managed, and converted to a place of success, and fulfilment in time.

It is not a death sentence of your relationship life.

I have also included a relationship entry on my blog about hypnosis and relationship breakup.

It can be difficult to stop thinking about your ex-partner, and the feelings of sadness and loss can be hard to deal with. This is of course natural for a time, but if you feel it has gone on for long enough, Getting over a relationship can help you calm those feelings down.

The session will help you ‘update’ your unconscious mind so that you feel more like moving on.

This could be in another relationship, or to better set your headspace to a better place, for better coping with, and dealing with the situation.
